Our website may not always be 100% in sync with our showroom. As a result, we may cancel or modify your order if you purchase a product not in stock. In this case, we will work with you to ensure a resolution is met.

We do not offer pick-up orders on this website.
Warranty Policy
ARC Appliance Solutions offers a 90 day, standard warranty. If anything is wrong with your appliances during the warranty period, please do not hesitate to call our service department at 825-540-7716, or email them at ethicalrecycling@gmail.com.
We do not offer refunds.
For delivery orders, we will send a technician first to come look at it, either on a Tuesday or a Thursday between 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. If he cannot fix it, we will send you a replacement machine on the next possible delivery date. We cannot provide service to Okotoks or Cochrane at this time.
For pick-up orders, you will have to bring the appliance back to us for our in-house technicians to look at it.
Outside of the warranty period, we have a paid service option available as well. Please contact us for more details.
Delivery Policy
We only deliver to Calgary, Chestermere, Airdrie, Okotoks, and Cochrane. We charge an extra delivery fee for Airdrie, Okotoks, and Cochrane.
Our delivery schedule is as follows:
North - NW Calgary, NE Calgary, Chestermere, Airdrie, Cochrane
Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (8:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
South - SW Calgary, SE Calgary, Okotoks
Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays (8:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
